The Post Office

The Bethlehem Post Office adjoins the Hall.

It is open on Tuesdays from 2pm - 4pm. It is operated by the Postmaster in Llandeilo whose contact details can be found here.

During December the Post-Office is usually open daily until Christmas to frank first-class mail with the unique Bethlehem hand-stamp.

The Post Office was originally established in the village in 1936 providing the special Bethlehem Christmas post mark. In 1989, the shop and post-office closed when the last post mistress, Blodwyn Evans retired. But in 2003, the Post Office was re-instated in a room in the Old School.

All the normal facilities are available at the Post Office including Motor Tax Discs.

In addition you will find cards and four guides to local walks around Bethlehem, a bargain at 20p each.

Post Office Opening Times Over Christmas

From the 5th to the 20th December the post office will be open 10am - 4pm on weekdays and Saturdays 10am - midday.

Don’t forget to take all your Christmas post to be stamped with the famous Bethlehem hand stamp – free with a 1st class postage stamp!

Coffee Shop

During the Christmas post office opening hours the community hall will be running a coffee shop - the perfect place to relax away from the stress of shopping, cooking and gift wrapping.
